Payment

• A non-refundable 20% of total amount must be charged to confirm the reservation.  The remaining balance due will be charged at the time of check-out, along with any additional transport, car-rental, ATV rental or anything else.

• When booking your reservation online you will be sent to a secure payment window where to 20% is charged. It is important to make the payment right away when you are reserving your lodge, otherwise, the room(s) of your reservation may be released. Once the payment is successfully processed, we will send you an email, confirming your payment and your reservation.

• By submitting an online reservation request form, you agree to the Maze Lodge payment, children, pets, and cancellation policies.

Pets

• Pets are only allowed upon request.

Refund policy

• The non-refundable 20% will be charged for any cancellations made any time after the reservation is confirmed.

• No shows or nights not used after the check-in (when guests shorten their stay after check-in) are non-refundable and are fully charged 100%.
