Payment

• Your bookings from this website is refundable up until 7 days before arrival.

• When booking your reservation online you have the option to pay in advance within secure payment window. You will still be able to request a refund if you wish to cancel your booking up until 7 days before your arrival.

• By submitting an online reservation request form, you agree to the Maze Lodge payment, children, pets, and cancellation policies.

Pets

• Pets are only allowed upon request.

Refund policy

• If you cancel before 7 days of your arrival you will not be charged.

• If you do not cancel your stay with us before 7 days upon arrival, you will be charged 100% of your booking (if anything else is not agreed).

• No shows or nights not used after the check-in (when guests shorten their stay after check-in) are non-refundable and are fully charged 100%.
